Ein Wohnturm, dessen Grundriss seinen Bewohnern weite Übersicht bietet und auch in größter Höhe noch Geborgenheit vermitteln kann, nach außen ein Orientierungspunkt für die Großstadt, schafft freie Flächen für Gewerbe, Markt und kulturelle Gebäude.
